very poor maintenance in all aspects. only solace is the staff who are courteous. Food is not good.

worst service and amenities not good.worst place for family and friends.. bathroom and room is not clean.. details provided in MMT are not available with the hotel .. suggest not choose

Not that great about cleanliness, missing toilet complete kit, lift maintenance was worse, cockroaches were found in ac rooms, lights was not functioning properly.

Food was pathetic, room was dirty and in a bad shape. They were even charging extra money to access the swimming pool

There's no maintenance of the property. The staff is not trained on how to behave with the guest. When room service is ordered, they forget to send the order to the kitchen. The receptionists also don't co-operate with the guests and never admit their faults when complaints are made.

Badly maintained washrooms, creaking doors, room level below average will not recommend to anyone at all

Location is very good, property is good, outside maintained well but inside room it is not spring clean & signs of old age. Property managed by less staffs hence big waiting time for room service & in dinning. Food is good.

Very bad and poor service for everything, they put no smoking board and all smoking in lobby. I complained and they stopped, very costly and this is located kms away from city. No food choice same menu every day breakfast, but lunch and dinner is ok but too costly. Posted few cigarettes picture as well also showing swimming pool but we need pay extra 100/person for room people also which is too bad. Very slow response for everything anything you ask. Hot water not coming for 24hrs. During nights no hot water. Cleaning is best. Room cleaning. Charging swimming pool for 2000/room is attrocious. Also we found some leech near swimming pool is very bad. I added maximum photos on google page. Just see and decide with evidences

Food taste is good and location beautiful.

Location is bit far from the busy city life. I like calm atmosphere. The staff are very cooperative. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Room was good. Swimming pool and changing rooms near the same were not clean. Should also mention that the pool use is not free; nominal charge which is understandable, but should be informed while booking online.
