Rooms are not clean, Bad smell from Bedsheets , Stinky bathroom, No room service available...contacting reception not possible....staff not customer friendly...overall not happy with booking this hotel...

service, they asked to pay for keys 500 rupees. Bad room cleaning and also corridor was smelling and asked to clean the corridor. Pathetic management and staff was no so cooperative.

Hotel Vista Orchid , Tirupati is a nice place to stay with Family , located at a well connected place with easy access to nearby places and transport....Rooms are well maintained and clean....staff well behaved ....I would recommend this hotel to people looking for comfortable and pleasant stay

Very new and good looking rooms. i have actually saved it in my maps as the stay whenever I come to tirupati. Would recommend everyone coming to have a pitstop here.

This place is centrally located and convenient to go to airport and railway station. Although rooms are okay and neatly maintained. Recommended to stay.

the facilities provided in the hotel were a tad below for the price paid. these are my observations: 1. there was no towels provided. 2. ⁠tv was not working 3. ⁠expected breakfast for the price paid. it was not there. 4. ⁠there was no hangers provided in the wardrobe for keeping clothes. now some good aspects: 1. the receptionist was polite and helpful. helped to get me an autorickshaw in the morning when there was a drizzle. 2. ⁠nice location

Very terrible hotel spoiling your complete darshan purpose. They manipulate very much and try to shift you to their other property " grand orchid" which is like an abandoned place. There is no care taker, no housekeeping and you have to follow up several times for basic small things. They don't have staff. Dont have power back up, the restaurant is closed and only breakfast is available. There is no room service. A

I visited tirupathi for a short personal visit with my wife. Restaurant serves only breakfast which was bad and not having quality. Bath room taps, flush out etc all were leaking. They kept only one soap for two days. Only one glass and one chair second day they didn’t gave towels. Broken table. These things are not required to be asked but to be provided. Hotel is newly constructed. As it’s on busy road you will have disturbed sleep. I advised all of these to from office and hope they rectify it. Overall not worth the money.

I have never seen such a poor customer service hotel front desk, one of my bad experiences for my lifetime. Hotel front desk person, so adamant that he is not even bothered to ask his management team for consideration change in the room & despite i have informed him to pay extra. But he declined and he entertained some random person after me to enrolled them for the same room. Worst experience
