Location of the hotel is ok, as there is on highway, open parking facility, property is good, room is also good, I have booked family suite. But the service is bad, I have to remind them many times for cleaning room, there is only one person who takes care of the hotel, even he is not attentive. It is average stay.

Location good. New Hotel hence clean rooms Housekeeping to be vastly improved as service team is young & new. They need to be trained for such service. No good provision for Breakfast, Snacks, Tea etc. No inhouse pantry & kitchen. This should be a min need for all MMT chain Hotels.

The booked room was not available. Had to pay additional amount for next higher option. Complementary breakfast took almost 1hr to reach. There was power interruptions in between. Overall, a bad experience.

No tea bags, coffee pouches, milk powder given at all. Ordered tea arrived after 45 mins. Geyser mcb was off so no hot water until you call and raise concern. No ac as it's mcb was also off then you raise concern and they will switch it on. Bathroom kit has only towel and 3 small soaps, nothing else. Dental kit is not provided.
