Nothing service found from there. No one responding. Worried about payment. Staffing issue. No service only room. No food. Room amenties nothing. No reapond. Very poor service

Location good. New Hotel hence clean rooms Housekeeping to be vastly improved as service team is young & new. They need to be trained for such service. No good provision for Breakfast, Snacks, Tea etc. No inhouse pantry & kitchen. This should be a min need for all MMT chain Hotels.

The booked room was not available. Had to pay additional amount for next higher option. Complementary breakfast took almost 1hr to reach. There was power interruptions in between. Overall, a bad experience.

stayed for a night.. the hotel is quite conjested and in the morning HOT water was coming through all taps including was basin. Couldn't take bath properly... there was no proper people managing the front desk.. it was some boys.

No tea bags, coffee pouches, milk powder given at all. Ordered tea arrived after 45 mins. Geyser mcb was off so no hot water until you call and raise concern. No ac as it's mcb was also off then you raise concern and they will switch it on. Bathroom kit has only towel and 3 small soaps, nothing else. Dental kit is not provided.

Firstly denied early check-in at 9. 15am. In voucher it was clearly mentioned that guarantee 3 hours early check in. No proper breakfast given. They send to room, limited option. People need to be professionally groomed

the hotel staff reception is mostly empty no restaurant serving breakfast unhygienically no toiletries 2 rooms at basement no hill view as promised in app

Overall, this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
