Nice experience good stay for group of 6 and 4 peoples near to bus stop of Tirupati one hour from temple

During my stay at [Hotel , I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever encountered while traveling. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely slow, with the staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. The room assigned to me was not clean — the bedsheets were stained, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and there were visible dust and cobwebs in the corners. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work, and despite repeated complaints, no technician was sent to fix it. The restaurant service was equally disappointing, with cold food served after a long wait. Noise from nearby rooms continued late into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service made my stay stressful and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Worst experience, wondering how makemy trip recommended at such hotels, no manners to the receptionist, they provided only one blanket for 3 people and when we asked for a blanket they replied please adjust. Towels they provided was like a used mop.

Tv not working, water not available, rest all good, very inside to get cabs, price can be reduced

It is a very good hotel with cleanliness and the following amenities such as hot water, fan, tv, car parking etc. Strongly recommended.

Worst place to stay, not worth for money. Behavior is not good. Rooms can be much better. Staff is not supportive

We stayed for 9 pm to 11 am, mmt charged 1700 for half day. There are dirty bed sheets and even they have not been replaced after raising concern. There was nobody to help the laggage shift to room. Hotel cost is too high. Near by hotel are just half price with good service.

Property location is near to bus stand. There is no food available. Nice room. And nice bathroom. Rooms are very clean.

Ok food was not available location also is ok little bit in side difficult to find it, but it is fine & we can suggest but there is little problem of service of staff. They don't understand hindi language.

Torn-ed towels. Bed sheets. One small soap for 2 days for 2 persons. Mosquitoes. Way of talking by the night in charge. Made very uncomfortable stay for me and my wife.

Good it is found in chrome, it is good for family to stay, nice environment and faculty and their serving is also quite polite.

Asked extra charges (500 for ac even though we booked ac room), we went as 2 adults and 1 kid and only 2 blankets were provided. There was no hot water, no phone, and to top it all the staffs were very rude. Never going again to this place.

Hotel is not in a proper location. It’s inside of a street and hard to find. I also faced issues during the check in. Staff is little bit rude. No hot water.

This hotel is good for staying it is near by railway station and market area but it is it little bit inside residensial colony. Issue in oarking.
