it was worst beviour from hotel staff..They given used room when we ask for cleaning he said it's that only for people who booked online. While arguing owner came and he dont want to listen anything, but he knew it was mistake from them..given another room key and he don't want to listen what words used by his staff. Simply he said sorry and put one namaskar plz take another room.. we don't want argue as it was around 10:30pm

we have booked room in tirupati it is so maintained and neat house keeping was so good there are all facilities friendly management
