1.No power in the hotel and no generator also 2. Very dirty washroom 3. No proper response from staff 4. No heat water is available 5. Very unhygienic sofas

Room was very terrible.But the person told me that he’ll help me and cut the call. In room toilet flush was not working

No lights, no water in bathrooms, no staff to hear complaints, no towels all worst

No manners have their manager and no dental kit according to mention in booking voucher or no cleanliness in room or room boy demand tip again and again

No service on time

Best hotel to stay with family. But the drivers accomodation is not avaialble. But they helped to accommodate driver at very minimal cost.

This hotel is maintenance is very bad but waiting for check out timing

only better part of this hotel is location. it's very near to APSRTC bustand. Property is very badly maintained, basin are broken, bedsheet have stains, and rooms are never cleaned once you checkin irrespective of number of days you stay. You can get better rates on MMT or Agoda rather than contacting property directly. however direct booking allows 24 hrs checkin whereas portal book has limit of checkin at 12 noon. breakfast had limited options, idly vada pongal and breadbutter. breakfast is outsourced and opened after 9 am when we were there. same building houses fine dine in restaurant Jalpan which has fairly good options. All private outstation buses halt within 100 m.

This was a ridiculous and pathetic experience had experience in hotels in my lifetime. First and foremost the room i booked and the room they have given totally different and i again paid 3000 rupee to take the room which i wanted as they shown it was a such worst stay no cleaning smelling rooms no hygiene even dental kit and bath soap i have purchased personally and im a regular visitor to tirupathi and never ever ill enter in to this hotel ever such a bad and worst experience i ever had in my lifetime.

Very pathetic experience i never had in my whole journey. No maintenance, no one to care about the customer concerns, completely a mess. Wrong decision by selecting this.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed broken buckets flush didn’t work broken water gun untidy no hot water arrogant and non co operative service team it was a nightmare

Evening is good. Room is ok and amenities also ok. Staff is good only thing is hot water is not came.

The bathroom was not clean. AC was not functioning properly. I had to call for each and every basic thing. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel anymore.
