I booked 4 bedded room. First they allotted on 1 st floor. It is very congested, no ventilation, water in the bathroom taps is running slow. There is 3 inches dust on the fan wings I scared to switch on that fan. When I shouted at them, they allotted a room on the 4th floor which is a little better. But the bathroom is not clean. There is no one to take care of us. No bell boy, no restaurant, no care taker as mentioned in the Makemytrip website. power is on and off. no power back up. Even for coffee we have to come downstairs and walked to the main road. I suffered a lot with my elderly parents.
