Even though they have room in dine service they don't support. there is a senior citizen in reception (no offense) still thinks it is like a lodge

Very near to Alipiri toll. Rooms are good. Restaurant is also good. Overall a good experience.

It's not at all worth staying due to below drawbacks: (1) Insincere attitude of the hotel. Even after reminder to keep the rooms ready, they kept our family waiting for handing over the rooms(2)Most importantly you can't sleep on the mattress as it's sinking a hell deep. Sleepless throughout (3) Very unhygienic and uncleaned toilet commode. In total we had a very bad experience in the hotel.

Staying with very comfortable, location good , food amenities and services are good. Inside hotel Wi-Fi is not working.

Pleasant stay and very near to Alipiri. They have a restaurant that serves pure veg and the complimentary breakfast was provided.

hotel is a good one spacious rooms and clean bathroom reception staff are very ridiculous in their own way have no sense especially wen a customer comes to the hotel at night such a behaviour ipsets your entire stay food choice is v v limited and some items are tasteless

No any kind of service poor wifi , no drink water offered staff demanding for tip always , not except any kind of service

Rooms were ok, I had made a special request to provide clean room as we had 8months kid with us. But unfortunately it didn't make any difference. Floors, table, sofa were not clean enough. Food at restaurant was average. Service is quite slow. Overall there is lot of scope for improvement. Reception staff was good & helpful. Location is good near Alipiri (Entry point to Tirumala).

Hotel is average, basic amenities like good towels , kettle , cups for tea is not there , although the description mentions all these to be present. Room is clean but washroom cleanliness is just avg. toiletries are avg. Breakfast spread is ultra small. same menu, they just don't want to offer breakfast. good things: Location, view, parking. If you come for darshan, then this hotel should tick all the requirements but strictly not for vacation. Restaurant food is fresh and good.

I had a comfortable stay. Staff was good and helpful. We had a long power cut at night. But overall it was good. Thankyou.

The washroom was not good, hot water is not coming had to change room, the food was not good and the service was horrible

Good location, only takes 40 mins to reach main temple. Food is also good(depends on person to person).
