good &clean hotel good response. my rating is 4/5. i have stayed in the hotel it is very near to bus stand &Railway station nice hotel amnities are good totally iam satis fied.

Nice Service, Excellent Rooms

hotel is neat and clean location is around 10 min. walking distance from Tirupati railway station. They don't have the restorent but they provided complementary breakfast from outside. wifi tv ac hot water are all good.

Overall room is very good, having lift, view from balcony is awesome but only one issue is there i.e cleaning of room was not in time.

It was good experience ..staffs were very polite... service was very fast... overall it was a pleasant stay

Room size is the only good thing about this hotel. Wifi was not working. water was replaced when asked for. Even Glass tumblers were not cleaned. located in a narrow lane. complimentary breakfast was sent to room in plastic compartment trays.

Pro's: Very well located near to the train station and bus station, it's walkable distance. very clean room with all required amenities. smart tv with wifi is good. washrooms is in immaculate condition very well kept and maintained. Friendly staff gave me all the information regarding timings and tokens for the Tirumala pilgrimage,As a girl I felt very safe here & I can say best hotel near to bus stand and railway station at this price point at the most convenient location in tirupati Cons: They don't have in house restaurant need to order from Zomato or Swiggy or need to call reception and give the order to them they will get that from restauran. There is no landline in the room need to call by mobile to the reception.

They don't have their own cooked breakfast, the room is small, basic things in the washroom are not provided, location was good, well behaved staff

Room is very expensive when it comes to amenities. Only bed and blanket you’ll get. No shampoo, toilet papers in the name of toiletries. Also there’s no tea/coffee making kit and no in-house kitchen. With breakfast they even charge for water. Breakfast is of no use, if you paying so much

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olive Nest Hotel in Tirupati The hotel's prime location is a major highlight, with the bus stop, railway station and Darshan token counter conveniently within walking distance.This made it easy for me to navigate the city and catch the bus to tirumala.The hotel's newness is evident in its pristine condition, and the rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The linen is fresh, and the washrooms are particularly noteworthy for their exceptional cleanliness i hope they maintain like this in future too. The staff, particularly Managers Mohan and Bhaskar, were extremely courteous and welcoming. They had arranged for late check-out too.The rooms are also equipped with smart TVs, which allowed me to watch my favorite channels in the local language. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Olive Nest Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in convenient location in Tirupati
