We were given an old guest room with a single king-size bed On complaining, we wre shifted to renewed room with twin single bed gust room But the service was good

Excellent Stay
I have taken a Family Sweet room, it was a nice room, yummy food, knit and clean, staff behaviour is so nice. I am giving Ramee 5 stars.

A comfortable hotel to stay in
My wife and I stayed at the Ramee Guestline Hotel in Tirupati for 1 day, while visiting Tirumala. We reached the hotel around 11:30 am, but were immediately provided a room, which was a big help. The hotel's room had all basic facilities though we had to request for towels separately. The hotel has a nice small garden at the entrance and a swimming pool behind, though we did not use it. The housekeeping was quick and proactive. The room service was also good, we ordered an aloo paratha in the evening and it came within 10 minutes. The reception staff were also good, though a bit slow to respond. The breakfast buffet was good, when it came to the South Indian items, but the rest were so-so. The lunch we had at the restaurant wasn't very good either. Apart from this, we had a decent stay here.

Terrible Stay
The room given was like 100 years old and very badly maintained, they said it’s club room and when next day I said refund my money or change my room they changed which was much better however service as pathetic, TV was not working whole day, made several calls with different people came to room, problem was subscription was over and had to renew again when went down in evening and shored they finally. Hanged. Same for water has to call 2-3 times to get water. Food is good and in room dinning service is good with no complains

good food and good parking.. but questionable value for mone
property is a bit old. and modified a few times too i would think. cots and beds as well as towels, all feel old. feels lower value for the money. but good parking facility. restaurant is good - taste of food, service.

Had a terrible experience staying in ramee guestline. The bed and doors are broken. Room is all dirty and dusty. Very unhygienic.

Our was a short stay but they upgraded and gave excellent room. Staff and reception members are very cordial. Very comfortable stay and after renovation, their whole premises looks good. Good stay
Location is very good. We (I and my family members) were looking for pure vegetarian restaurant in the hotel. That was missing. I should have checked it before booking the hotel. It was my mistake. So, we need to go out every time to have our food. Single use plastic can be reduced if water coolers are installed. Every time, they were providing bottled water. Services were prompt and staff are courteous.
