Location and property is nice. But the bath floor and wall corners are so dirty. And the bad only have 1 dirty bedsheet and 2 pillow. No duetsheet is there. When we goes to the room there are no towel and i also ask for a towel which is very dirty. Bed is very high uncomfortable but room design is also good.

The hotel rooms bed sheets & pillows are not clean & drinking water also not good & the toilet are very dirty

Hotel room is very bad and even door is not having proper bolt and no blanket and towels they told dob i not responded and no dust bin and also no tv and no wifi and terribly we suffered. Images not taken because they are not memorable things. i paid twice for this booking for one extra paid that amount pl refund

The hotel room was really comfy and well-maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and everybody who worked there was friendly.

The room was beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Nice bathroom and clean environment.

Cooperative staff, decent location overall a good place to visit with family cleanliness and peace is good.

Tv not working blankets not provided how can people stay in winter

I booked one location they told rooms not available they are given another hotel. I went 11 am they are collected extra charge rs. 600 and toilet are very dirty no hot water in room

As i booked rooms earlier. We reached locations late next day early in morning so my room was give to someone else. it seems we have to check in at check in time only if we go late they won’t give as room’s it seems. I waited for 2 hrs in in reception for getting room and receptionist very worst in responding and receiving and we have pay extra amount in receptiont 1k to get room, not only for me there 3-4 people was waiting like at reception with same issue and i saw used safety’s in wash room! Maintenance was very worst.
