The hotel location is excellent, coming from Bangalore, one avoids the complete traffic of Tirupati as the hotel is situated at the end of the main flyover. It has a nice restaurant. The checkin and checkout is not that efficient plus it does not have sufficient parking space.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, choosing this location because it's close to the bus stand and within walking distance to Kapila Theertham, as well as near Alipiri Mettu if you prefer to walk! The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of tasty South Indian options. We also had lunch, and it was so delicious that we ordered the same South Indian thali the next day. We had dinner once, and it was also wonderful. We plan to return with family next time! You can catch the bus next to the hotel to Tirumala and get off at the same stop. If you're visiting Tirupati, I highly recommend this place! We also visited Padmavathi Temple (only 6 km away) and ISKCON (2 km away).

The facilities are excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious. Fans are available in the room. Food is excellent. The staff are good. A bucket and a mug is available in the bathroom.

We requested late check in and late checkout. The hotel acknowledged our request. They prepared limited dinner past midnight as we missed our dinner. Breakfast spread was excellent

Hotel is neat and clean, but since it is in the main road, too much of noisy. Breakfast was okay, okay, but too much option not available.

The location of the hotel is superb. We truly enjoyed our stay in the suite. The breakfast options are kid friendly which was a big advantage for our 3yr old. From getting around perspective, the public transport especially bus stops are adjacent to the place. You can easily access the highway from the hotel in matter of minutes.

Room was clean, neat & hygiene. Bathroom was maintained Cleanliness and hygiene. Staff & Service were having Professionalism and courtesy.
