Terrible Stay
I have booked two rooms for 4 people. Though the service staff were good, one room doesnt even lock and other room doesnt have geyser. ACs were working but only one remote was available for both the rooms. I wouldn't Recommended this place for families who are looking for a comfortable stay.

not allowing to use gift car
stay was good, MMT app not good. I was not able to use my gift card as only amazon payment was showing.

Comfortable stay near kapila theertham
Comfortable stay and we arrived early, they provided early checkin too at 30 mins earlier than mentioned time. Also, there is a car parking facility on site. Breakfast is good too.

1) no plug points to use charger, we have to remove tv plug and use it for charging. 2) one table should be used as bed si de v table and-also teapoy. 3) complimentary break fast will be served only after 8:00 am to room and only idli will be served, who will wait till 8:00 at pilgrimage place 4) no parking

Poor Stay
1. Bathroom was not clean and it was giving bad smell. 2. Not drinking water has been given 3. Towel had bad smell which we could not use it. 4. No mosquito repellent given 5. Property location was good.

Excellent Stay
The room was very neat and clean. The staff were reachable and courteous. The location is ideal and near the tirumala toll. There are a lot of restaurants near this place.

Terrible stay
Very poor maintenance. The bedsheet and all was so dirty. I could see hair. I did not stay there. Would like a refund if possible.

Worst experience
coupleWater leakage and logging issues in washrooms, plug points not working, no hot water in the morning times, pillow covers and blankets are not clean. Hotel room is not as per the photographs in the pictures and very poor management and there is not manager or supervisor in the hotel only boys are managing

Comfortable stay at tirupathi and conveniently locate
Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff were courteous and check in process was smooth and quick. It is located in a quiet place and very convenient for those travel-ling by steps or bus/own vehicle. Basic amenities are available. No restaurant in the hotel but you have good eating options within 2-5 mins walking distance.

Good helping staff, clean rooms, good ambience and easy approach of hotel. Alipiri entrance and busstop is walkable distance, and can view of tirumala hills from rooms.
