I am giving this property 1 star because the entire experience—from locating the hotel to finally checking in—was extremely stressful The Google Maps location shown was incorrect. When we reached the marked location, it turned out to be a different . The staff there refused our booking, saying our hotel was listed under a different name. We searched for almost 30 minutes, completely lost. When we contacted during this time, they could not connect to the hotel staff either. Even when we had called two hours before our arrival, they didn’t give us any direct contact number for the hotel and simply said everything would be fine once we reached. Eventually, after returning to the same building, I noticed an poster that I had missed earlier and realised it might actually be connected to our booking. I expressed my concern to the receptionist because the situation felt —as if two different names were being used for the same place. Only then did he contact his higher-up, who informed us that the actual property was 6–7 km (around 30 minutes) away. This added to the confusion and made the whole experience feel very unclear and poorly managed. When we finally reached the second location, the situation was no better. There was no one at the reception for almost 10 minutes, and another guest was also waiting with no assistance. Overall, this experience was completely unacceptable. The property details and location were inaccurate, and the lack of coordination between the hotel and made the situation even worse.

Good apartment for family 2BHK. Near about Alipiri circle within 1 km. Value for money.

The AC is not working properly, The location is not prime, difficult to find through uber Reception is not good, NO one there when I arrived there Toilets are poorly maintain, not even complimentary drinking water, NO Wifi, Terrible stay Not recommended to any one

worst experience, cockroaches are on bed, dirty , no drinking water facility, while Booking break fast included in my booking, they didn't provide the breakfast, i suggest every one not book this hotel for your future stay

Bathroom was not clean; bathroom was smelly; The hotel did not provide me a receipt; the room was well lit; the road and entrance to the building were water logged; the toilet seat was loose and wobbly; we were provided with good towels.

The stay was very comfortable and very neat. It's very close to Alipiri. We have all the food/provision delivery available. They even have kitchen amenities available. It's like a proper apartment with a sofa and tv in the hall. And the view from our room was 😍. We could see the Tirumala hills from the balcony. The support staff are also very friendly.

My partner and i loved our stay here. Room was cozy and staff made us feel special. Great place for couples to relax together.
