Location is definitely a great positive, coupled with quality of food and good customer service responsiveness

The location of the hotel is superb. We truly enjoyed our stay in the suite. The breakfast options are kid friendly which was a big advantage for our 3yr old. From getting around perspective, the public transport especially bus stops are adjacent to the place. You can easily access the highway from the hotel in matter of minutes.

Rooms and ambience were very good and more confortable. Breakfast provided were also excellent. Responses to our requirements were also good. Room was clean, neat & hygiene. Bathroom was maintained Cleanliness and hygiene. Staff & Service were having Professionalism and courtesy.

The rooms were really good and clean. The location is ideal and the breakfast is wonderful. The doors and rooms not too well sound insulated. Could hear people in the hallway and the room did not have a good hill view as marketed

Had a terrible experience. Particularly with the reception. They don't know how to speak with the guests and are answering like they are the owners of the hotel. But, the manager is a very nice and humble person. I request the management to improve the service of reception office. Had a terrible experience. Particularly with the reception. The location is perfect. Food is yum. Their staffs are very courteous and friendly.

At the time of stay the brekfast was the same for all the days even the juices were the same so i recommend that they atleast change the breakfast menu once in atleast two days but everything else was absolutely great

Rooms were well maintained, bathrooms were clean and fragrant, services were par excellence. the housekeeping staff very self motivated and took very good care of us. Restaurant had a good spread of food, variety and very cordial and helpful staff. went out of the way to provide best for customers
