Prime location nice location good staff and very nice reception and room also

The room was okay but both the fan and ac worked only on the highest. Very uncomfortable. Room 104.

There is no mountain view from the hotel and the hotel owner's behaviour is not good When we go there we do not have our room they put us in a room which we have not booked they made us change rooms .so I am not satisfied.

This place quite silent and calm. Wonderful facilities. Really it is very best place to stay. The room maintenance also vey good.

Dkr residence is a complete disaster, especially considering its high price, which is in no way justified by the appalling conditions and lack of basic amenities. Despite charging a premium, they failed to provide essentials like bedsheets, and for a booking of three people, they neglected to offer even a towel or soap for the third person. The service is shockingly poor, with staff showing no regard for customer satisfaction. The absence of a lift is inconvenient, the rooms are suffocatingly small, and the bathroom is poorly lit with a dim light barely functioning. There is only a single socket for the entire room, which is utterly impractical, and storage options are laughable, with just one cupboard containing a single rack. The taps are in terrible condition, and the corridors are unbearably smelly. For the price, this place is a complete rip-off and fails to meet even the most basic standards.

This hotel is located in main road itself room and bathroom was really clean staff behaved polite this place is very near to tirupathi main bustand easy acess to auto quite near to tiruchanoor from this place to tiruchanoor auto charged 100rs caution : no lift in this hotel

The rooms are a bit dark without proper ventilation. There's no hot water facility within rooms. One has to fill it from outside in a bucket. Services of the staff is pathetic. They neither comes even if we call them regarding any issues. Bathroom was pathetic and leaking taps. Drinking water has to be collected from the reception in the ground floor by the customer himself. They asked extra money more than quoted

The room was neat and clean, but there was very low light in room and common gallery. Further, there was a lot of noise by fellow room mates, as bathrooms had a common duct. The staff was experienced, but at the same time tip demanding. Overall it was value for money.

It’s a average room for one day stay for big family with reasonable budget. Room & bathroom were clean and staffs are so helpful.

The non ac room is on 3rd floor

No hot water provided (geyser not working) tv is available but not a single channel is free no door handle for washroom no proper sewage for washbasin.

Room freshness was absent no towels

Water issue. No probe r bath tub
No one cares. They have alternate key. They will not knock the door.

Packed rooms. Mosquitoes on bed, washroom is badly maintained.

Decent Hotel for bachelors. Not advisable for family. No car parking

Hotel was very clean, only problem is there is no direct hot water connectivity to rooms, we have to carry from out Side, otherwise all are ok
