I stayed for 4 nights. Not even once my room was cleaned. They did not change the towel. Only one towel was provided. And only a Mini Soap that too only once Brakefast was below standard. Option for brakefast was very limited. I do not recommend to anyone. Its more like a Rain Basera I stayed for 4 nights. Not even once my room was cleaned. They did not change the towel. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback Mr. Surinder.. You like plain upma with allo dum but we served mashala upma with ghuguni one day for breakfast. I apologise for that. I am seeing it nowadays that one unintentionally made mistake leads the travellers to leave a very negative response online. And actually I think this is very unfortunate for a host of a small homestay like us. Still we will try to improve ourselves more than your expectations. You book a budgeted place to stay from the homestay category and expect everything to be served without any mistake or on demand which is actually very hard for us. Thank you in advance. bad experience
The rooms were very dirty and untidy and foul smell was present. The bed sheets and blankets were also dirty not fresh. Preferably not recommended.

Fake Review. We have just requested your group that our cook was not well and cannot prepare food for you. Still you didn't agree and we provided food, Whatever you write is vogas and fake. Please accept our reply and do not delete it. You have deleted our replies several times.

The location is quite good. The food they prepare is quite homely we stayed there for 17 days never felt bloated throughout the stay. Give the food a try they really cook well.

I had booked a homestay for the second time and my experience was really not that great. Very unprofessional behaviour. I had confirmed over phone that there was a cook who would cook dinner and morning breakfast for us. I had guests whom i wanted to taste authentic oriya food but the dinner was tasteless and the cook refused to cook breakfast at 8:30 in the morning although he had told he will cook. I had lot of problems in managing that. Booking ahotel is by far better, atleast u don't hv to ask for water, plates etc and comfort is more

Thank you so much for your kind interest towards our Home stay food. We never refuse to provide food to our esteemed guests. That particular day my caretaker went sick from afternoon onwards but he tried his best to provide you with dinner. Thank God the dinner was nice as per your comments on that day. And you requested breakfast as my caretaker prepares good food. But we were denied at that time to provide you with breakfast as my caretaker went into a serious health condition. Still you kept on insisting my caretaker to provide you and your group with breakfast in the morning. I communicated with you about this late in the evening and again in the early morning. You brought your own breakfast and used our crockery as per your requirement. It's a home stay of course we have our limitations towards certain services and facilities. I begged your pardon on that day also for this well in advance. Sometimes a human touch is enough for our thankless jobs. I assure you the best of our services on your future visits.
Bad experience.
Location was quite good, but the kitchen was too dirty, the bedsheets and pillow covers were used, and the bathroom was hell dirty. Even after asking for cleaning the bathroom and changing bedsheets and covers, they didn't do anything.

Ms Tapasi, We don't allow bachelor groups and it's not a party place. Also you booked three rooms out of which one room category belongs to separate floors hence you were given rooms accordingly. You didn't complain about anything nor you allowed us to enter inside the 2 bhk common area. The kitchen was not at all in your booking list. We provide kitchen utensils along with crockery for only long staying guests on health grounds not for party purposes. Your rating is probably biased for this. Anyways if you wish to use the kitchen henceforth please mention on special requests.

Please ask for a refund if any to Go -mmt for a last moment change of plan. We can only provide rooms post booking. You changed your mind last moment and said our property was very bad without even entering inside or taking any services. Actually it's frustrating for a home stay.

familyAlthough the staff was cooperative....but out of two rooms, one room had too much of moisture. The other room was ok. In one of the rooms AC was not working properly. Overall it is ok....but they should take care Of the moisture.

Yes sir it's a home stay not a five star deluxe property you expected everything brand new and 24 hour room service. We have our limitations.

businessTerrible experience i had. Also they didn't listen to my query of cancellation as well. I booked it and just after an hour raised the query for cancellation to which they said we have policy where we don't refund.

Worst property
familyWorst property. There is no cleanness. All the bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty. When we asked to replace the covers, again they provided another dirty covers. Toilet locks and room locks are in broken conditions. Toilet tap is in leaking condition. There is no hygiene. Everywhere bad smell inside and outside room. Rate also very high, we can get good property for this price. I will not recommend this property.

Sir Our home stay has 12 pm check in and 10 am check out. We cannot change it on a case to case basis. It's clearly mentioned in the voucher, early morning check in and late check out is subject to availability only. Of course, it's chargeable also. You have thought about 24 Hrs check in check out system of your own OR You just wanted to BLACKMAIL our home stay for a late check out argument vs such FAKE reviews. We are operating a home stay with limited resources within a housing society. Hence it can never be a 5 STAR Deluxe property.

"i had a wonderful experience at hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage or provide clearer directions to the hotel, as it was a bit tricky to find. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks to the staff for their exceptional service"
