Wonderful experience staying at krishna vaibhav hotel- it was nice staying and even the in house restaurant was good

Taps and fittings brownish (rusty) not ook clean. For toiletries you have to call reception. Rest all ok

Room was good but sofa not up to the mark. Cleaning good balcony was not cleaned i can say this is average for us. No image

I had a pleasant experience staying in rooms. Rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were nice. But, their reception staff is full of attitude and very rude. If you are spending money and you get an unpleasant welcome. You feel bad about it after spending money. After making them understand that they are the main attraction of the hotel and they should be polite. They didn't understand. They were still rude and arguing. I would love to mention the staff name. His name is mr. Sandeep. He is full of attitude and very, very rude. So, my suggestions are if you are ok with unpleasant, welcome after spending too much money, then stay in this hotel otherwise find another option. Lots of hotels are there in vrindavan. They are gonna welcome you.

Ambience and people are nice one. Easy to access. Simply check in and check out. Staff are helpful and kind. Food is good here. Proper hygiene and cleanliness maintain in hotel. Easy to visit near by temple. Happy to stay there.

Stayed with family for two days. This is a hotel n society and many facilities are being shared with residents. 1 bhk, 2 bhk are being converted into hotel rooms. Staff is not much trained in hospitality. Upper floors will face delay in service. While i was staying pool was working but water was dirty, worms can be seen clearly. Pols keep your children away or double check.

Worst house keeping service, low hygienic washrooms. Receptionist was rude and all men creating unsafe environment for women.

We booked this hotel for one night but i can confidently say that this hotel is one of the best ones in this area, though their room service is quite slow.
