Nice and Comfortable stay
Location from Prem Mandir and Iskon temple was close.Also it was near to Highway so quite convenient. Cleanliness was very good.Also the Breakfast was out of the world and very tasty

Terrible Stay
It was not a good experience. The toilets were stinking. The front desk was not very supportive. Overall not satisfied.

It is a very good hotel with good restaurants and people. The hotel has good hospitality and follow the standards of sarovar. If you are visiting mathura or vrindavan very good place with everything in 10 km radius

Food was very good. My room Had bad smell like drainage. Staff came and cleaned twice immediately but the smell kept coming back. Had delay in getting coffee at breakfast. I had to ask multiple times for coffee and wait even after finishing breakfast. Finally server picked a used cup and washed with water started making it. I had to request to get a properly washed cup!!! Some staff in kitchen were excellent.

Worst Hotel, unhelpful staff and hotel is non compliant of new GST rules.
Worst Hotel, please do not book this hotel. The staff members are unhelpful and they're illegally charging 18% on food and beverages while it is supposed to be 5% as per the new GST rules for hotel room rentals below Rs.7,500.

Poor Stay
The room rate was quite high compared to the overall property and facilities. I had specifically booked a city-view room, but I was given a room facing the back side, where fields and grazing animals were visible — this was disappointing. On the first day, complimentary snacks were provided in the room, but on the second day, they were not. Since I am paying the full daily room cost, I expect similar facilities to be provided each day without compromise. Additionally, the bathroom was very small

room were ok but front desk staff have no proper information and asked us to take local rickshaw where local car was actually allowed. they have wrong info of temple timings leading us to travel to temple and found out to be closed. food we ordered had lot of issue like hair in sandwich, burnt rice and manchurian gravy which was uneatable, though it was replaced later. tea was warm and not hot. refrigerator in room not working
