I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Right from check-in, the service was far below expectations. The front office manager who attended us lacked even the basic courtesy and customer service skills — instead of making guests feel welcome, the interaction was rude and careless.
Housekeeping was no better; rooms were not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel charging such high rates. The staff seemed disinterested in doing their jobs properly, and there was no sense of attentiveness or responsibility.
The food and beverage service was another major letdown. Orders were delayed unnecessarily, and the staff carried a lazy, indifferent attitude, as if guest concerns did not matter. Instead of hospitality, what we experienced was neglect. To make matters worse, the food quality itself was extremely poor — both in taste and presentation.
Considering the high prices they charge, the overall experience felt like a complete waste of money. Hotels are meant to provide comfort, care, and a pleasant atmosphere, but here it was exactly the opposite.
