Great hospitality and service offered by Nidhivan Sarovar Portico. Well situated in calm & serene environment and is nearby to majority of temples in Vrindavan.

I recently had a stay at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico Vrindavan, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't quite up to the mark, considering the brand's reputation. Room Upgrade Issues I paid extra for a suite upgrade from a premium room, but what I got was disappointing. The suite was not only smaller than expected but also worse than the premium room. The washroom was tiny, barely 16 square feet, which was a letdown. It didn't feel like a suite at all. Maintenance and Amenities The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, and despite requesting assistance, the issue was ignored. This was quite frustrating. Food On the brighter side, the food we ordered was good. However, the breakfast bread was average. Overall Experience Given the brand's reputation, I expected a lot more. The experience was not at par with what I had anticipated. Perhaps the hotel needs to revisit its room categorization and maintenance to ensure a better guest experience.

We booked this property looking at the swimming pool facility in the hot but there was no swimming pool in the property whereas it was mentioned on their website. We immediately cancelled it. Otherwise it is good location and loby ambience is also good.

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was very polite, and the food was delicious. The location is also very convenient.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Right from check-in, the service was far below expectations. The front office manager who attended us lacked even the basic courtesy and customer service skills — instead of making guests feel welcome, the interaction was rude and careless. Housekeeping was no better; rooms were not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel charging such high rates. The staff seemed disinterested in doing their jobs properly, and there was no sense of attentiveness or responsibility. The food and beverage service was another major letdown. Orders were delayed unnecessarily, and the staff carried a lazy, indifferent attitude, as if guest concerns did not matter. Instead of hospitality, what we experienced was neglect. To make matters worse, the food quality itself was extremely poor — both in taste and presentation. Considering the high prices they charge, the overall experience felt like a complete waste of money. Hotels are meant to provide comfort, care, and a pleasant atmosphere, but here it was exactly the opposite. In short: overpriced, poor service, bad food, and an unprofessional team. Hotel is good and maintained.. food is also very good.. location is close to all major temple.. easy accessible..

No Pool...No Spa...Services was very delayed...but Room was very good and spacious and breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent Stay! Very warm and cooperative staff especially Pramod ji who’s the head of kitchen . Rooms are very spacious and well maintained with cleanliness top notch.Food is yummy and room service is very quick .Will definitely stay here again . Radhe Radhe!

GOOD STAY WITH CLEAN ROOM..STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS ALSO POLITE AND RESPECTFULL..... Restaurant is ok ok..

Room 522 was good but due to top floor wtaer pressure was low in bathroom. Bed creaked while turning (left side while lying on bed) The room had a joint (room 521) and there was a gate in the middle, could hear noisy neighbours while I was trying to get some sleep at morning.

Food was excellent

the rooms were pretty small (not worthy of called junior suite, more like a regular room). plus the room 501 a lot noisy, some construction work going on terrace or something which went until laye night and repeated complaints did not yield any results.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean, staff is accommodating, polite and helpful. Food is excellent. We were served by Bandana at reception and her behaviour as well as work was excellent. I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to Premium. Thank you Bandana for the smooth checkin service and Himanshu for the checkout. The location of the hotel is very good as it is near all the important sites and can easily get e-rickshaw to visit Vrindavan. Breakfast has various options too. I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Vrindavan
