⭐ 1/5 — Horrible Stay & Unjust Billing
My experience at this hotel was absolutely pathetic. Not only was the stay uncomfortable, but I also faced serious billing issues that added to the frustration.
Dirty rooms with stained linens, a foul smell, and poorly maintained bathrooms. It felt unhygienic and neglected.
Staff was rude and unhelpful, brushing off even basic service requests like clean towels or fixing the AC.
Facilities were a joke — Wi-Fi barely worked, the gym was unusable, and the breakfast was cold, limited, and stale.
Noise issues throughout the night made sleep impossible. Walls were paper thin, and no effort was made to control disturbances.
The worst part? Billing fraud. I was overcharged at checkout for items/services I never used. When I questioned the charges, the staff was defensive and dismissive. They refused to provide a proper breakdown or bill clarification. No accountability at all.
This hotel not only failed to provide a decent stay, but also cheated me on the way out. Never coming back, and I strongly warn others to stay away
