Zero star and worst experience with my sta
*Disappointing Experience* I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly unimpressed. The service was subpar, with issues that went unaddressed throughout my stay. - The room phone was non-functional, forcing me to search for contact numbers online and call them repeatedly. - Despite complaining about the shower not working, no action was taken. - Toiletries like shampoo, body wash, and hand wash were consistently empty. - The washroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained. - Room service was inefficient, with delays in providing basic amenities like water and towels. Food wasn't served in the room, adding to the inconvenience. - Security was lax, with random visitors approaching my door. Given these issues, I'd strongly advise against booking this hotel. It's a waste of money and can ruin your trip. Unless significant improvements are made, I'd recommend exploring other options.

it's wonderful memories of my life in during stay in Nandan Retreat Vrindavan. Property location is best. Nearest Prem Mandir and Chandroday Mandir. Property is neat and clean. Average Stay
Overall Property was good but the offered room was brokern so we asked for another room. Toiletries were missing from room.

perfect stay at affordable prices
Perfect stay at affordable prices, food was awesome, location and parking perfect, everything is perfect, scope of improvement in bathroom only need to change old faucets and some cleaning

Poor Stay
AC was not working,restaurant is hell expensive not sure why MMT approved , also its not a hotel, its furnished residential apartment.
