The room was very good .The service provided here was exceptionally good .The Staff behaved with well mannered . The food was awesome . I am really looking forward to coming next time as well

I had a wonderful stay at Kolkata ,The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff( Gobinda Maity). He was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring all my needs were met, their hospitality was outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Old window ac without controls are operating without cut off. Hence difficult during night'time. Also the location shared during booking is different. Very worst experience over-all.

The person who was in charge was very humble. The atmosphere was hospitable. I was a solotraveller so i can say you can enjoy the solo stay.
