Unprofessional front staff, shady looking hotel. Four storeys, no lift! Despite having a heavy suitcase, i was alloted a room on the 4th floor which was stinking from smoke. Upon request, was given a room on the 1st flloor. Did i need to request? The room was less worse between the two, nevertheless with a bed that had a shabby looking and torn bedcover, no water bottle, let alone tea/coffee, no intercom, had a number to call for reception on the menu card. Told the young gentleman at the reception at night about my 6am departure for the airport. At 6 am, nobody was at the reception, the shutter was down, effectively locking in the guests. Called the reception number as given in the menu card, no answer! Panicked, started checking all around if there was any outlet when i heard a phone buzzing in a room as i kept calling the reception number. long story short, had to wake up the guys who were sleeping heavily despite the pre-arrangement. NEVER SEEN A HOTEL LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE SO FAR!

Behavior of staff is very good, nice clean room , service is also good, Staff guided by phone to find they location. Hotel have also menu card, but some expensive, Lunch and dinner is available left side of near the main road , cheap and best,test is ok, like small dhaba

We have been staying here since 4 days and the hotel is very comfortable to stay plus the services are also smooth. For a budget friendly hotel this is the best option in this range.

Cleaning - Cleaning was not done on time. On asking repeatedly it was said that there was no cleaning staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions yet peaceful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. Poor Stay
My wife stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the room amenities and the service. The fan regulator was not working properly, and the AC was either malfunctioning or completely ineffective. Despite lodging a complaint with the staff, no action was taken during stay. It's frustrating to pay for a room with basic facilities that don’t function as expected — even more so when the management fails to respond to a grievance. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their maintenance and customer service going forward

Dear Paresh, Greetings from Eco Corporate Inn, Sorry for the inconvenience she has faced during her stays. The day she had checked in we have allocated a Super Deluxe room in 3rd floor , in-spite of booking in deluxe room, but she requested in 1st floor so we had changed it 1st floor on next day where Fan regulator was not working and AC problem is there . So we requested her to keep her room keys when she leave for her work and we will do the repairing but she wanted to present there . She leave room morning and come at night its very difficult for us to repair . Our technician came for the repairing as she was not in the room so could not able to repair. In next day again we have changed to other room where she was very much satisfied and continued her stay another day directly instead of booking through online. Good hotel but far away from main roa
I had booked the hotel with my uncles for onward hajj travel. the hotel is good for long stays .. its far away from the main road.. its a big drawback. the room was Good, spacious, clean.
