Would love to stay again
I find the beach front location very satisfying with cool sea breeze on the balcony of room I stayed with my family. Food, amenities and services were Great.

Terrible Stay
They charge extra 2500 for sea view room .room was terible blanket were smelly and bad in ourder .food was terible and they dont so service after 10:30 now even room service .

staff not good
staff at the reception is very rude.. not at all professional.. they talk as if we are staying there for free and they are doing some kind of charity on the guest

Average Stay
Jaminders Palace Puri Food - Breakfast menu was limited and no variation. In the main menu they can introduce scrap as this is a restaurant near the seashore and many would love to eat crabs. The restaurant waiters were very helpful and very polite. Location - the hotel is in a good location and vicinity to the seashore and there is a private beach access. However the access to the beach is rented and access starts from 630 am only. So all would miss the sunrise. Facilities - swimming pool can be kept a bit cleaner and accessories like towels and others need to be maintained. There must be a person to take care of the swimming pool while the inmates are in the pool. This is more required because of the safety of children swimming in the pool Room - while there are two types of rooms won which has a well and a which faces the seashore and other which has a valentine which faces the swimming pool but the doors to the varanda need to be checked the lock was not working. Rooms facing the swimming pool or of smallest space and the door and the bathroom doors are very adjacent to each other

Good Stay
Jamindars Palace property was good with swimming pool facility. Rooms were good clean and comfortable. Food was also good and tasty. They provide complimentary pass for Blue Flag Beach. More Variety in breakfast buffet is much needed. Overall experience was good.

Worst Stay Eve
Worst stay ever. Dirty rooms, bedsheets and bathroom and everything was stinking. The pictures and the name of the hotel is very misleading. It is nothing like what they show. The staff is not good, they are very rude. They have a private beach but it was very far from the location. One has to walk a lot to get there which i did not expect as my mom was not able to walk this far. The pictures show that the beach is just in the front of the hotel even it says so in the description. It was not worth the stay. I paid a lot of money and had the worst worst worst experience ever. I wanted to give my family a luxurious stay but it was nowhere near luxury. The service of the restaurant is pretty bad. We waited for an hour and asked them multiple times to atleast bring some water and just steam rice as the 2 little kids were starving, but they would just say yes yes and would not bring it until an hour or so later. Extremely slow service. Overall a pretty bad experience. I expected something else.

the worst place I have ever had stay in puri..Manager and front desk receptionists are very rude..I have only stayed 4 hrs beyond the check out time and they have charged me entire day charge?? why so is this the service to be given to customers?

Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Setbacks
I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access, which made getting around quite comfortable. The food served at the hotel was delicious and met my expectations. The amenities and services overall were satisfactory. However, during my two-day stay, the elevator was not functional for one of the days, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the spa experience was below average and did not meet the standard of the rest of the hotel. Aside from these issues, everything else was well-maintained and enjoyable. I would consider staying here again.

Waste of money and time to stay here
Pathetic place to stay. Here is a small list to the lot of things gone wrong - WiFi not available, Dirty washrooms, Washroom door not locking, Wallpaper torn and very badly maintained rooms, Overpriced food menu, etc.

Our 3rd time stay in Jamindar Palace was not upto the mark!!
This is the 3rd time we booked Jamindar’s Palace because the previous 2 stays were good however this time we felt the service and quality has gone down. When we checked in there was no welcome drink!! They dint provide any towel in the room, when we asked for it they gave after 2 hours that too only single towel!! We asked for a plate for our kid to have food, the plate they provided was broken. The check out timing is now changed to 8 AM, a family with kid how on earth they expect to wakeup and get ready by 8 AM god knows!! Even the private access to beach is now closed which was supposed to be the USP for this hotel. So overall the quality was not upto the mark for the price we paid. Overall experince was not so good and I am not going to book it for my future Puri trips. There are much better options than this for the same or even lesser price.
