property location is albeit far from main attraction of puri, though rooms are good, they have beach access, breakfast was really good, little bit improvement required in ala carte section

Ok but those facility are shown in make my trip voucher those all facility not given by resort. Mandatory facilities like toothpaste brush iron not given, After asking they sent it to room. Staff behavior are fantastic.

Terrible Stay
Very bad experience, it was raining and water flooded our rooms completely and flowing along the corridor, after much protest and arguments rooms were changed but spoiled our vacation and mood, the staff were helpful but manager was rude, property is old and not so well maintained

The experience was not as per the expectation the room, there was no amenities apart from the swimming pool like the kids play area and gym.

Short visit to Puri
The hotel was good, with cleanliness and ambience, and the staff's cordial behavior was very, very impressive. The food was good, whereas they need to work on their Restaurant menu spread. As limited options available. overall a very good experience.

Property is too expensive as they are charging money! They gave upgraded room . Still ac was not working properly. What the hell it js.

it was a hopeless place with bedroom no single sophite only one chair bathroom also shower was very bad and nobody took care zero value for money it's a distance and rickshaw also has cartel what they say have to give room size small no good lighting some lamp not working told we cannot change as there lighting not available in market Food also not good there are many good hotels less then half price

Good Stay
Overall, resort and staff behavior is good, but when big group check-in, they are not competent or trained to handle such big crowds. To mention, 1 or 2 staff members are very good at the reception area. Who actually handles situations professionally. The rest are very average or below average

Poor Stay
The rooms were not cleaned. It had a very aww full smell. We asked them to kindly change the room. But they didn't. The hotel is not wot h the money at all.

coupleThis is one of the worst hotel with sewage dirty smell all around due to the garbage of sea behind hotel, bathrooms are not clean and manager dev was rude in his behaviour, overall you should avoid this hotel

Not a safe place and not worth risking
familyThis place is not what it says on the listing. * the rooms are filled with dampness * mattresses are smelling of fungus and mold. They blamed the proximity to the beach and humidity as the reason for dampness and fungus but haven't taken any precautions to maintain the property and avoid such issues * wifi isn't available and they were willing to give a dongle as a temporary arrangement * beach is only for the view. Property themselves are advising us not to go to the beach as public drain water is stagnating between the property and the beach.
