It was a very bad experience as for a similar amount, we book a 5 star hotel and the quality is served top notch but here at Golden Palace Hotel it was terrible. The staff was hospitable but the infrastructure and the food was bad. There were cockroaches in the hotel room and the breakfast food menu was very basic. I would not recommend anyone such a bad infrastructure hotel

best part was the view you got from the balcony the beach view otherwise the room was not as per cost they charge not as much clean.

The location of hotel is very good,food too is fare priced and good to eat,but the maintenance is very poor and service is also the same,it looks poorly maintained,the service is very late,also their is a huge problem of moisture in sea facing rooms,you have to continuously turn on the ac and because of that the room gets very cold and the blanket is also not enough to cover it.

Location is excellent right on the beach. Hospitality is great. Food is great too. They are providing complimentary access tickets to Blue flag beach.

Rooms provided are not as per the room specification advertised in your site AC was not working in room, we complained the same but the hotel staff didn't show up , it took more than 3 hrs and 4-5 times repeated complain to the hotel staff responding. Nothing is good in this hotel except the location. Sevice is very poor, rooms are not clean.Response of the hotel staffs are very poor.The hotel is not value for money.

The curtain which occupied one side of the entire room fell accidentally. The room is a personal space. I heard the same complaint from other guests too. the staff at the hotel mentioned this he has brought to notice of manager but he us careless for teh cheap quality locks are being used. there is mention of various add on like gym, umbrella, sun bath chair etc. you are being fooled by lies. Even the food was pathetic and when I complained the staff did talk rudely and argued. we disgusting experience.

Hotel Golden Palace is not that good for stay. The reason for it includes:- 1. Over Priced 2. ⁠Maintenance is Poor. 3. ⁠Tap of washroom was in leak-able condition. 4. ⁠Sofa were teared. 5. ⁠Bed sheets was having strains. 6. ⁠For 2days-night stay, I have to pay . I booked the Presidential Suit with a presumption that stay will be pleasant and luxurious but got highly disappointed.

AC not good. Floor damp/sweating. Fan regulator not working. Only high speed. TV remote not working. Replacement took a lot of time. Bathroom not good. Jet not working. It is an AVERAGE hotel.

Property location is supreme, and service is also commendable with good breakfast spread. Lunch menu needs improvement but overall room and stay experience was good.

Booked through MMT for three nights at Hotel Golden palace which is in the best location among others in blue flag beach of puri.Sea view room is excellent. Hotel cuisine is very good . Hospitality of hotel staff is highly appreciable .

Rooms of hotel are not so hygiene. Property isn't maintained properly. Water of swimming pool not cleaned. Staffs are looks like irresponsible.

The only problem is. If you order just water. It will take hours to get it in your room. Rest as per the rates you will get best location and property.

Hotel rooms are not cleaned properly, rooms are old , not properly maintained for prices that this hotel charge the conditions of rooms are really bad for that its giving two star hotel vibes not the luxury stay i hoped for. Only good thing was absolutely breathtaking views and easy access to beach

It’s a ild properly.... needs renovation.... not clean enough....swimming also needs to be cleaned....washroom near swimming pool is very dirty
