Good Stay
Room said garden view however the view from the window was of a cluttered piece of small open area with waste collected here and their perhaps for disposal. Was disappointing. They said spacious room but extra bed could barely fit in. Breakfast could have been better.

Average Stay
The location was good, suit room was spacious and luxurious. But no sea view from windows or balcony. even after requesting to allot a room with sea view, there was no response. For lunch, we had to wait a long at Pearl restaurant, but nobody attained till we didn't call out loud, so service needs to improve. Checkout we requested for 30 mins late check-out but they asked no, but when we did timely checkout, to complete the paper work, they took even more than 30 minutes. So, all in all service neds to improve

On that day, our restaurant was quite busy, which may have caused some delay in service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. A very good option to enjoy your holiday in a beach resort. The best part is swimming pool & food taste & service quality.

Good Stay
Everything during the stay was good, but the behaviour of one lady in reception was questionable. However we enjoyed the stay. Children enjoyed especially the pool.

the rooms are great and the hotel location and ambience in great. the room service part and response time needs huge attention. the phone line don't work you have to call on the mobile to get some thing ordered. staff needs to be trained well at the resturent also.

worse than a 2 star
the standard deluxe room is very very substandard for a 4 star... worse than 2 star.. posting pics and video.. please judge it yourself... there was just a small 5 litre for hot water in the bathroom when contacted the reception, they said that this is what u get in Standard deluxe.. there was manual key for door locking and opening ( even a 2 star have automatic door card keys nowadays) the bathroom is a total disaster.. please watch video.. worst i have ever seen... broken wooden doors, old rusted shower a bucket and mug kept for taking bath but nothing to sit on... the room was stinking badly... no wooden flooring as shown in the hotel photos seen on internet...

Location is at seaside and good is good for family stay for vacation or weekend visit food is acceptable room are a bit old but was acceptable services and good
