1. The linen bed sheets of my room weren't fresh. There were pills all over on it which made my sleep experience very unpleasant. They hardly had complementary kits like dental kit or footwears. That was very annoying.

it was a very basic lodge stay with no hotel-like comfort.
This is not a hotel, it’s just a lodge. The room was extremely small — more like a balcony converted into a room. There were no basic amenities: no tea/coffee mugs, no kettle for hot water, and not even simple toiletries like soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush. Overall, it does not match even minimum hotel standards. Definitely not worth it if you’re expecting comfort or proper facilities.

Average Stay
The stay was average, the bed was mild comfortable. the breakfast was not that good and restricted menue

Good Stay
The rooms are a little older than they look in photos but are quite big. The bathrooms are also okayish. The breakfast served was good 👍🏻.

Very bad, its not a hotel its a Lodge
Its a lodge type hotel very unhygenic very bad. Wanted to stay for night and still bad. The bedsheet at hair, lipstick marks. Very bad. Hygine level was Zero. They say they have breakfast in breakfast there was just Poha and Tea and no other option. Even tea was stale and was prepared some time ago just reheated before serving.

Poor Stay
1. Rooms were clean 2. room size was ok 3. no parking space not at all, we had to park our vehicles on road 4. lift was not working 5. Air conditioner was not at all working 6. we ask the reception but he said it will cool after 2/3 hours 7. breakfast had only 1 dish , idli sambar 8. over all stay was not at all comfortable

Poor Stay
Rooms was very clean and pleasunt but service provided by hotel is very bad we order tea they says go to restaurant and order there. There is issue of services provide by hotels. There is car parking but parking was very narrow

Average Stay
The hotel was average, not value for money. Rooms were quite basic, just like a basic room in a flat. Pictures of room are quite misleading. The only good thing was they had a decent breakfast and breakfast area was nice. Overall, it was not worth the amount they are charging.

Not worth the money
Its a small hotel nit sure why itzy has gave a brand name to it, not worth the money. Very limited car parking, big room but lacks cleanliness.

Good Hotel in Satara
businesswe had a very good stay at hotel Sitara and Mr Tousif hospitality was good and taken good care of it. Infact i booked three rooms and all rooms were clean a and good.

Overall good stay satisf
Location - closer to bus stand area room was clean and nit, washroom was also clean. Breakfast was complimentary and with good taste. Rooftop restaurant having tasty menu veg nonveg options car parking was having lesser space and somewhat conjusted.
