service was good and room and neat and tidy. Breakfast was really good and tasty... liked it a lot. enjoyed the stay

This property is not value for money. They charge such a hefty price but provide inferior service. Their breakfast is very poor. I highly recommend to not include breakfast in the package. Otherwise also the food is very average.

Room was not upto mark bed was very hard I requested for soft bed they don’t have it.

Stay was very pleasant. Location also very good. Food and service is excellent. Wi-Fi and other facilities are nice. Adjacent to national highway, easy approachable to city as well as Satara MIDC Nice front view.

The hotel is not Senior Citizen friendly. My Mother, who is 83 has difficulty climbing the steps. There were 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. It was very challenging. Room was a bit stuffy. Food was average. Ordered coffee in the room and it never came. Reception staff was good and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room service left much to be desired. The geyser was out of order, which was quite inconvenient. Despite multiple reminders, the used teacups were never collected. Additionally, they don't serve water unless explicitly asked, which i found odd. Overall, the lack of attention to basic service details made for a disappointing experience. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Over priced, room is very basic with no amenities, cleaning issues in room as well as in restaurants. No dedicated parking. Non cooperative reception staff

zero hospitality, worst housekeeping and room quality, staff lacks training. Not value for money. Housekeeping staff must be trained. Cockroaches in room and no ventilation in washroom.

Hotel not maintained properly regards to hygiene and room facility mainly on that day both lifts are out of order and customers has to climb all 3 floors

The location is excellent on the highway, easily approachable. Rooms are extremely clean and washrooms are small but very clean. Food has a lot of scope of improvement. Room service is good but buffet is very poor. Comfort level stay with value for money.

It was a good experience with preeti executive. Service food everything was good. Only problem we face was kitchen chaos. Management should do something to reduce kitchen noise. Otherwise very good hotel.

Not up to the mark writ the room facilities and cleanliness. Had issues with toilet flush, electrical switches, no toiletries supplied and towel not clean.
