I filled my bucket for morning bath, only hot water was coming in the room, I told the reception but no action was taken and even the complimentary bottle of water that should have been given on the was not there.

If you open hot water tap only hot water will come and if you open cold water tap cold water will come, our hotel staff come to your room but you where in bathroom at that time taking your bath…….. we dont provide complimentary packaging drinking water bottle, but we provide you RO filter drinking water at no any cost………

Your expectations for a room of tariff Rs.899 is like a five star hotel? Come drunk at night 3 o’clock checkout at morning 7 o’clock, your partner vomitted in room and posting in review horrible room

Below things were illogical. 1. 2 person 1 towel 1 soap. 2. Hot water between morning time till 10, and check in time is 12. 3. Not a clean bathroom, water leakage all the time from tap 4. Road touch room so lots of noise. Good part. 1. The bed and room were ok ok. 2. Tv was working.

Booking was for single person so one towel was provided on request we can provide you as much as towel you want. hot water is available 24 hrs. Check inn time is 12 noon, but we provide early check-inn if rooms are vacant and cleaned and available for sale. tap leakages might be a minor leakage we have installed jaguar bath fittings to eliminate leakage problem. road touch rooms will obviously be noisy, if you have told us about the same we would have shifted you to room which is not road facing.

I would be better if you would posted any photo of cockroaches or bedbugs. Issue is you where exhausted as your not provided AC room. as you have done booking for Non AC room. We would have taken your request for granted if we have any AC room for you. Post review is terrible to read sorry for inconvenience. hence forth whenever you book hotel first confirm with yourself you need an AC or Non Ac and then book…..

Check in hotel guy in the midnight was not descent as he was explaining me about how to book the room and what u have booked. He wasted 30 minutes by discussing rules policy etc in middle of the night 3am. This was just for extra mattress. Most irritating was he was sleeping and talking me as if i just came for donation. He also said if u came directly instead booking u must have got good deal.

The room was ok but the bathroom taps were very loose. It looked as if it would come out. The shower needed replacement. The wash basin had a huge crack. It looked it would fall anytime. The bathroom items needed replacement.
