Hotel Radhika Palace (Pure Veg)

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Checkin was fast, rooms were clean and functional. Mini thali and breakfast at restaurant was good. Parking space is limited. You may need to move your car to adjust parking for other cars if called up. Furnishing can be improved. Staff was polite.

The property is centrally located. The Jain veg food was good. Hotel should provide the list of the Amenities .

The hotel in situated at the central place in the city .The stay was comfortable . The hotel was totally occupied due to the weekend . The amentities such as hot running water was functioning properly .The food was good in taste and served timely .

The stay was good, hotel was clean, located near the city center and the staff was helpful and courteous, the only minor issue was, there is no lift in the hotel, so elderly people might feel inconvenienced

Location is good but Old property, food quality is not up to mark. bed and mattress is quite old.......

Room was very neat and clean. Toilet was clean. Staff was cooperative. Location of hotel was in the market area. Restaurant of the hotel serve very good quality of vegetarian food.

Poorly maintained property with small rooms, terrible service and frequent power outages at night

The location is good nearby the main market bus stand, lift is missing and the staff of the hotel needs to be trained on customer centric behaviour as its paramount in the hotel industry.Buffet breakfast is limited option and did not meet the expectations from the tariff they charged in a tier 3 city Satara. Need to improve a lot on these aspects.

price and room not matching. Hot water not available and after many complaint they did something and finally very slow speed water coming started.Approximate 1/2 an hour take to fill a bucket. TV was not recharged, again after complaint they did. so after your checkin and complaint they started correcting and wasting customer time at night.
