The location is good nearby the main market bus stand, lift is missing and the staff of the hotel needs to be trained on customer centric behaviour as its paramount in the hotel industry.Buffet breakfast is limited option and did not meet the expectations from the tariff they charged in a tier 3 city Satara. Need to improve a lot on these aspects.

Poor experience at Hotel.No computerized bil

price and room not matching. Hot water not available and after many complaint they did something and finally very slow speed water coming started.Approximate 1/2 an hour take to fill a bucket. TV was not recharged, again after complaint they did. so after your checkin and complaint they started correcting and wasting customer time at night.

We were on a 12 day road trip and Satara was a midway point on our return. The Room, the Airconditioning, the washroom, the location if the hotel was good. The support staff was excellent, and the food in the dine in was decent, breakfast which was in the package was very good too.
