Review Of Kaas Woods Resort

I recently stayed at this resort and was quite disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The bathrooms were not clean, which was the first letdown upon arrival. The swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay, making the room charges feel like a waste since one of the main amenities wasn’t usable. The food was actually quite good — probably the only positive part of the stay. However, the service left much to be desired. The TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working, and even after informing the staff, they came very late to check. There was also no intercom facility in the rooms, which made communication with the staff quite difficult. To make matters worse, when we asked for tea or coffee around 7 AM, the staff rather rudely told us to come after 9 AM. This kind of attitude is not acceptable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort.

Kaas wood property location is good and service factor is also good ..will recommend in rainy season

The k as wood resort really a fun plave and had an amazing stay the food is quite average and also the menu is in many varieties. It was a very amazing experience, the view and the place is just amazing.

Good place for family and solo traveller's and highly recommended for family stay as child's will enjoy much more in this resort

Overall experience: feedback for any hotel can be summed up in a single question which is 'would you like to visit again or recommend to others' and the answer is unfortunately no. Pros: location & view: good. Cons: room service: average. Food & hygiene: below average. Limited breakfast options, and food hygiene was concerning (an insect was found in the poha. Tables were also not properly cleaned. Price: rates are higher compared to similar options.
