Not a good stat
Not a good stay. Basic things like lift and water heater were not working. Room was unhygienic, and they didn’t even provide a proper room key. Won’t stay here again.

Poor Stay
Right from TV, AC to Remote control, nothing was working correctly. very poor billing and reception support was pathetic.

It is only providing lodging facility. No food facilities available. Service are OK type and cleanliness in washrooms is not good..

Worst experience ever
Very bad service, rude staff, looking for ways to charge you more, locks not working for the rooms and then they suggest that you can keep the door open and go out we won't steal anything instead of getting it repaired! not at all worth the price!

familyThe hotel lacks even ordinary amenities. The staff is inadequate and though courteous have no management resources at hand to do justice to job. It's all about owner's neglect

Average Stay
The room assigned to me was quite ok, though not to my expectations. Service is pathetic, and response very slow. Ordered food took almost 2 and half hrs to deliver. Staff is not yet all caring. Stay was not worth the money spent.

Average stay on benguluru-pune highway
Purpose: stay for 1 night. We were driving from bangalore to raighad fort so took 1 night stay here. 2-wheeler parking: yes 4-wheeler parking: yes ample parking: parking is congested. Parking charges: no booked on make my trip eating facility: they don't have kitchen there. If need to have food then they will get the parcel from some designated place and give it. Eating area is there. But definitely food won't be that hot as they are not preparing there. Nearby small eating shops are available. Cleanliness: average ac working or not: we booked non-ac room. It was december so it was not that hot. Can go with family: yes ambiance: average interiors: average room service: very slow and rude. They are not guiding properly. Hot water: geyser is there and in working condition. Tv: in working condition. Specific experience: room is with balcony and we got road view. Our purpose was just to stay somewhere for 1 night and it was served. We need 5-7 mins to reach this hotel from bengaluru-pune highway. Price is very high as compared to experience. Basic amenities are available.

Hotel that is not homely..
businessThis property is not worth recommending..it lacks basic amenities..like paper roll, handwash,clean towels in bathroom...has so ill maintained fittings in bathroom that they are rusted...Has no breakfast or food service...And above all it's located in far corner n hill like area...The staffing is inadequate..Regrets choosing it 😷

Nice hotel rooms
Hotel rooms are really nice. Service is very good. They also have the parking facilities. Food is not available. But a very good nonveg hotel nearby in 200 meter. It's name is samudra.
