The room photos shown were nothing like the actual rooms provided. They also host wedding functions, so the staff was inattentive and careless toward individual guests. The room we were given offered no privacy at all — wedding guests could easily enter, which raised serious safety concerns. Additionally, there was no proper guidance regarding parking. Overall, the entire property appeared deceptive. We decided to cancel our stay, which wasted our valuable time and ruined our sightseeing plans. We strongly request MMT to remove this property from their listings. We even met other guests at a different location who had faced the same issue and were also looking for alternate accommodation.

The location of the property is truly beautiful and offers a serene, nature-filled atmosphere — a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to a few issues that I would like to highlight. I had booked two rooms — one Deluxe Cottage and one AC Cottage — but upon arrival, only one room was provisioned. The staff had to reshuffle other bookings to accommodate the second room, which caused some delay and inconvenience. Despite requesting for both rooms to be next to each other, the final arrangement was not as requested. Furthermore, although I had booked an AC Deluxe room, the rooms assigned did not seem to match the category. There was no seating provision inside the room, no toiletries were provided, and overall amenities felt quite basic. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and there was no mobile network coverage for any major service provider in the area, which made communication difficult. Even at breakfast, there was a restriction where eggs were served only once per guest, which felt quite limiting considering it’s part of the meal offering. The property undoubtedly has great potential due to its beautiful location, but I hope the management works on improving guest coordination, room amenities, and hospitality standards to make future stays more comfortable and satisfying.

Heritagewadi satara where we stayed recently booking through MakeMyTrip app Location and property aminties were good and place was beautiful. Full of nature, fresh air and refreshing. Food was good especially tea with pure milk . Can rarely get such tea eslewhere . Service was very slow and lot of things to improve especially the way reception peoples talk with guest was very rude and unprofessional. They were list intrested to explain about nearby locations and tourist places . Stray Dog was freely roaming in property and slept in night in sofa outside our room . It's so scary . We hav beagle so we don't hav fear about dog but those who hav it is not safe for them and its stray dog can be violent anytime . Bedsheets provided were very much dirty and towels as well . It's not 3 star property it's two star only . Rest all was ok . Kindly look in to things and try to improve it . Regards Dr Mahesh More Thane

it's nice property, though old. Rooms are of g9d size and staff is accomodative. Room doesn't provide tea satchets and maintenance need more attention. breakfast is very limited and needs improvement.

Make my trip rooms were ordinary in terms of location. There was no valley view from the room. Would not recommend if you are looking for a proper resort like experience.

The property is large but poorly maintained. There were rat droppings and soap chew leftovers on the bed. The bathroom had no shower (and I had booked the most expensive room). I think they give the worst room to MMT bookings. i will share the photo in the next post.

Room was average. Room service was poor. Star served dinner at room was totally drunk. Breakfast time is 8-10 with limited option of poha & misal. Poha finished at 9am. Location - 4 star food - 2 star service - 2 star

The resort is an absolute delight for those who wish to explore the beauty of nature. The resort is beautifully nestled near the kaas plateau. The food was exceptional and the rooms were also clean. The staff was extremely hospitable

Best part of the property is the location, right on the hill side with an amazing view. Excellent swimming pool. Clean rooms, spacious washrooms, very accomodative staff. Overall a very good experience.

They have garden and other outside amenities okay, but the rooms are not that good compared to charges they take. I won’t recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend good time at kas.
