Hotel King Palace

A lot of construction work is happening in the hotel so cleanliness is average. Staff is hospitable once they realise the reason for your stay.

Location wise ok since it is on road. But no hygiene, bathroom was dirty. No phone in room, foods not worthy for cost.

Property is new but not maintained properly, no basis amenities like power backup, parking, etc.Service is very poor. Staff doesn't have clue of what need to be done in extreme condition like electricity failure infact they are used to it as no DG set, neither invertor or UPS available. No lift facility, no Room service. Overall terrible experience staying here for 2 days.

Rooms are good and also location is best and facility also good

Very good stay, hotel is located right in the city. Staff is very good, they gave their own pure veg restaurant and their food is very very tasty.

Rooms are not good, no good facility. Rooms were stinking and every time should go to reception for anything n everything. Didn’t like it

food quality was ok. ac and TV were not operational. utensils in which food was served at the room were not cleaned properly.

There were honeybees in the hotel lobby just outside my room, the hotel was newly opened so we received average services in the hotel. Upon asking hotel receptionist for directions to reach, they were clueless and did not cooperate much. No thanks

The speed of wifi was not proper, there were no technician to handle technical difficulties. But overall it was good stay and the people were very cooperative and prompt.

overall stay was good.Room was also good.There is no lift in the property. If you order food they will come with the bill and say you to pay at time only. No chair and table to have food

Location was far that's okay, but at their premise tea & food was not available, hot water not available, no one was picking up the luggage from the staff. Amenities were not proper, services were very terrible, even the manager was also not able to justify the services. All are lacking in their jobs.
