Average to good hotel
The rooms were okay, but the washroom door from inside was really dirty. The rooms were spacious though. Breakfast was average and the staff in the restaurant at the time of the breakfast was very casual and sloppy. Though they had a coffee machine, but no one had a clue how to operate it and was chargeable. On the whole due to its location and room size, I recommend if the stay is for a night.

The Hotel is located in the Highway itself. The hotel rooms are excellent. they are spacious, clean and we'll maintained. The food at the restaurant is very good. Our chefs insist on working with various palate types, while we are sorry to hear the flavors did not match your taste, we can definitely accommodate requests for less spicy food if informed in advance. The issue of not having ghee as stated in the menu on the day of your visit is unacceptable and has been addressed with the kitchen team for immediate rectification. Your observations regarding the room cleanliness including dust accumulation, an unpleasant odor, and presence of mosquitos have left us concerned. Rest assured, these are not normal experiences and it has been forwarded to the housekeeping department for immediate attention. We have also taken note of the broken door handle in the toilet and appropriate actions have been initiated to repair it promptly. Improving our guest's experience is of utmost importance. Location is easily accessible on highway. Food was good. We did not use any amenities. Services were good. Our room has issues in bathroom. They changed the room in 15 minutes.

My last experience was not that good with Fern. They had serious issue with their service particularly with food as we got extremely late service with the ala carte system they had in place for consecutive two day. Earlier they had buffet system for dinner as well which wasn’t the case this time. Really not happy with their service this time around
