coupleThe hotel rooms have excellent views especially those facing the valley but the amenities in the room are pathetic. The hotel is located bang on the boundary of kaas pathar has a good restaurant. Needs improvement in room quality and hygiene.

Location wise it's very near to the kass platue. But even after booking a ac room, it was not upto the mark. There was tv but no cable, when asked we were told to pay extra charge towards its recharge. When asked for additional blanket we were asked to pay additional charges. No hygiene measures were followed like temp check and stuff. The room was not clean.

Firstly, the way we were greeted was very rude. Rooms weren't at all in a condition to stay, no toiletries were provided on time, washroom was dirty. Manager was least concerned about our stay and comfort. No room service, no intercom, no pure water to drink, no hospitality. Poor experience.

Worst place to stay

This is the worst place to stay for safety perspective.
This was my worst experience till date. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm and were greeted with a drunken manager and room service. This made me uncomfortable right at the start. When we entered our room and closed the door there was no latch. The door just had automatic lock. That’s it. So basically anyone who has a master key can open the room at night. I will never recommend anyone ever to stay in this place for these 2 reasons. I am ignoring the fact that at night there was no electricity. There were 2 honey bees in our room and a frog as well. There were used soap in the bathroom which was not cleaned.
