Property is decent. Hard to find it from the main road. Rooms were good for the value of the said rate. There was no dinner facility available at the hotel, however the staff was helpful in arranging delivery. Breakfast however managed by the hotel was quite poor and can be improved.

short & economic stay
The stay was comfortable , staff was helpful and polite. Location accessibility was difficult as it was in very much interior from the main road and due to rains it was muddy .there is no hall where breakfast is served , it was near the patio where Cars are parked .good for a short and economic stay.

Great stay !!
Good rooms and friendly staff. It is worth for thr budget and will recommend it. Their breakfast was simple yet good. Overall positive.

Best place to stay Nr. Baner
Amazing stay. Very kind and courteous staff. The approach road is a bit muddy due to incessant rains but the rooms were clean and there were no issues whatsoever inside the rooms.

Hotel with Small restaurant
located near main road, but have to walk through a narrow road for 50m to reach the hotel. small restaurant with limited facility was available in ground floor, food was nice.

Good Stay
Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the staff were courteous. However, since the booking was for 2 guests, it would have been better if they had provided 2 water bottles, 2 towels, and soap in the bathroom for each guest. Small touches like these can make a big difference. Otherwise, everything else was great and I would consider staying again.

Good Stay
The rooms were small, albeit well maintained and the bathroom was very clean. The food prepared by the in house cooks was also good. The only drawback would be the approach road, which is not a pukka road and is a bit desolate. Apart from that it's a nice place for a quick stay. The people taking care of the place were polite and humble.

Poor Stay
Hotel service is not good and staff are also not good food quality is very very bad and in name of breakfast nothing only one thing either poha or stuff paratha

the hotel room was much smaller and dingier than shown in the pictures. the hotel was located in a small alley way with no road and the way went through a garbage dump. not at all a safe location

Good stay. Good people
Stay at itsy was really nice, the receptionist was helpful. Rooms were tidy and the bathrooms were tidy too. AC, Tv, water heating system was also good and working 24/7 too, the rooms are just like the ones you see when booking.

Worth it..

Excellent Stay
Lanes to this hotel was slightly narrow, but close to locations like nandan probiz, football academy etc. Cleanliness was apt, newly built place. They provide 2 breakfast options usually which is on the house. Cooperative and friendly staff who provided good support during the stay.
