Most uncooperative accommodation. Very bad I recommend all those thinking of going here should definitely avoid

The location of the property is nice. However, I expected a lot more than just location at a price of 13k INR per night. The food was average. Looks like they are understaffed. The only hardworking and helpful person was Muthu. Although, he was not aware how to make scrambled eggs, he understood our instructions and atleast tried. Other staff members simple rejected these requests like bread pakoda, etc. The hygiene could also be improved as the rooms are just average with limited lighting and improper interior. The room walls have dampness and the water leakage in the sink is normal. After staying at this property, I can't pay more than 4k INR per night. I got lured by some beautiful pictures while booking. They only have a carrom board that too has a lot of bulge in the mid. The coins of carrom were missing. I actually felt like going back to Bangalore after spending one night. The Wifi was also not working 70% of the time. There is only one wifi router, which is near the dining area. The wifi was hardly in our room's range and super slow whenever it was available. There will not be any phone networks in the property.

ambience and cleanliness of room is good, location is a bit away from main road. It's away from all pollution and noises. But service is very delayed and extremely poor. i personally would not stay here again.

Location very good mountains view ,Food and Hotel staff’s hospitality is very good .Internet connection is weak that area we can enjoy with out any disruption.Over all Good to stay

Place located nicely away from people movement area. Good thrilling experiance close to forest area. We'll maintained property. Good supportive staff and food was quite decent.

Ambience is quiet good but giving ameneties are poor especially room service and wifi, also food.

There is literally nothing here. No engagement at all. And absolutely no communication by the resort people. Manager is a one useless resource here, he just never got out of his staff room. We even complained about the tv but no use. Their food timings are too late. And the dinner way damn expensive for what they provide. The only good part is their staff boys are good else it’s just a pathetic show.

Surroundings of the property is very good. Staff is very nice and try to understand your needs irrespective of language barriers. Subhash is very nice and helped us very much during our stay. The place and resort is very beautiful surrounded with peacocks and different birds. Food is also very good. We enjoyed our stay at ibex resort very much. The only thing which i feel is you have to be in your resort by 6 pm since the property is in isolated place and it is not safe to roam around even in car because of the animals. Otherwise the place is 10/10

One of the most beautiful location to stay, surrounded with mountains water fall can see lot of peacocks, as being a vegetarian they gave us a very tasty & hygiene, staff are the best thanks to ibex for such a lovely hospitality.

We really had a nice stay at moistly plantations. It is right in the middle of jungle. We spotted wild boar and elephant from the resort. But the last 5 kms to the resort is a single lane road with valley on one side most of the times. So, if there is a vehicle on the opposite side, someone has to take reverse and let the other vehicle go. So, if you are not a skilled driver, it’s better to call the resort and take their help. Food was really good. They asked us the menu before preparing food every time. Our car’s tyre got flattened on the way to the resort. Dhananjayan and gokulan from the resort management helped us in changing the tyre in no time. Overall experience was really good and it is highly recommended if you want a off beat experience!

We had good communication between the property managers and other staff, they helped us with right directions on how to reach the place and kept our meals ready even though we were a bit late. The room was good, the geyser was working well, the toilets clean and the weather pleasant. They even offered us a complimentary trek.
