The room was spacious and comfortable with a double bed. However, the bedspread and pillowcases were too musty and unhygienic. Poor waste management was a major concern for the hotel. The area outside the room was very polluted. Otherwise, the room service was satisfactory and promptly provided. Thank you.

the images which were shown and the room which was provided at the stay are totally different after questioning they took some extra money and provided us the room no cleanliness of the beds bed sheets are worst under ground rooms wifi doesn't come to the underground rooms. background full filled with dirt. As we have reached to the stay at night we had no other option and payed extra amount and stayed.

Very disappointing experience. There was no Wi-Fi, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Completely a waste of money.

Average homestay. The toilet was good. Blankets smell bad. Language problems with caretakers can only understand Tamil. The location is superb, one side is tea gardens.

Property location is fine. But the maintenance is very bad. Lots of mosquitoes. Garbage thrown in running streams. Access to the room is difficult. No mosquito shades to allow the users to open the windows for air circulation.

The host was very kind and very helpful, the rooms are also spacious and the view from rooms are amazing, only problem are insects which is because of the team estate in the nearby, if the host can do something about it it's the best and affordable homestay in valparai
