For hot water, you need to search for them, to switch on the main control switch, which is in their shop area. Don't expect them to give the specific room which you booked. They will give you any room based on the availability. Not worth for the money.

Good overall experience, but some things were missing. The room was fine, but cleaning and service need improvement. The biggest drawback was that the reception desk was not available.

The room was neat & clean but there is no lobby or sit out area. When I reached early and asked for a pre-checkin to attend important office meeting, the property owner declined my request and asked me to sit in a shop underneath. I felt, the room is not worth the amount.

Dear sir Please do understand that you're not entitled for an early check-in just because you reserved a room with us. Early check-in is provided based on the availability of rooms at that time. When you asked us for early check-in, we clearly informed you that all our rooms are currently booked. If you want us to chuck out guests before their check-out time just because you asked for an early check-in. We are sorry, we cannot do it.

I found this property in MMT and booked it. very small property with 5 to 6 rooms in total and they only provide stay.. you will have to get water and food from outside.. The room size is okay, the restroom was clean..

Not worth for money. Very old small building set up with a renovated room. Room is just ok. But poor amenities and no parking space.

Dear sir, This whole building is less than 4 years old. And you paid us 2400 including all the taxes and fees for a 4 sharing room. Please do not expect 5-star amenities when you have paid only for a basic room.

Valparai is a plantation town with limited facilities. If you are traveling as a group, then the hill top is one of the best. There is no interference from the owner who owns a hardware shop on the ground floor. Not suitable for elders as the way to room is narrow with steps. Rooms clean, hot water available, on the main area of town. An-bu mess which serves excellent non food is nearby.

We went as a group of three families ( 7 adults. The rooms that was opted was mentioned as 6 bedded room. But the room had only 2 triple occupancy beds. Then since we dont have any other option, we requested two extra matress on the floor. The description had misguided the travellers to opt for the room which doesn't for for group of families. But this the view that is provided in mm t is different from what is actual.

Dear ma'am, You booked the room for 7 people, but came with 8 people. You clearly mentioned we had 2 triple occupancy beds and provided you extra beds without any additional charges. This crowd should have been accommodated in 2 quadruple rooms, but you Booked only one room to save money, we only tried to be helpful. Thank you so much.
