When I arrived at the place, they showed me another homestay with different photos and other details than the one you posted on your application.its inside the local colony not neatness and cleaning while a long time. Then i ask them what is this where the homestay show they said if you want to go that homestay need to pay more 750 rs and security deposit 300 extra, iam totaly trapped finaly i pay the amount because i have no other option.

The room was in terrible state of condition regarding the maintenance. The room located just above the small grocery shop. There was no reception area for the hotel, a man who runs the shop only given the room key and termed that shop as reception. There was no cleanliness in toilet, and full of cockroaches in bathroom like we spoted more than 25 cockroaches, so we can’t sleep properly for that whole night. Even though the room was located on a hill station, there is no hot water facility for taking bath. When we ask about this they said since we have booked basic room No hot water will be provided. Does the hot water in hill station is the basic facility or not? We just got frustrated and left the room with disappointment. Overall it was the worst experience we ever had.

Rent is cheap compared to others. But need to walk 1km into the downfall street which makes awkward and scary in night times. Management also won't provide any water to drink if you're going to die by dehydration. Water is very essential & every hotel should provide it does'nt matter how much the rent is. Rest assured room is somewhat cleaned. Not suitable to family due to the lack of space inside & narrow steps of the room.
