Review Of Green hill hotel

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was small and in bad shape, with a TV that didn’t work and no Wi-Fi. The bedsheets were torn and looked dirty. We felt uncomfortable because the see-through curtains didn’t provide privacy, and people walked by our windows all the time. The bathroom was the only decent part, as it was relatively fine compared to the rest of the room. I strongly recommend that couples or families avoid this hotel.

We were allocated a super deluxe room 303 on 2nd floor , couch was torn, foam was visible, towels were wet and soiled, geyser was leaking, bedsheet were dirty, bathroom door mat was missing, water jug was empty, drinking glasses were dirty , one window was permanently open as latch was broken . Second room was Deluxe room number 8 on first floor where TV was not working, window opens towards a neighbouring building hardly a meter apart with exhaust fans noise, same uncleaned drinking water glasses, no continuous hot water , no restaurant in the hotel. Four wheeler Parking , cars parked one behind another , so if a car needs to be removed 8-10 car's need to be removed.

I have booked 2 rooms 1 room was toilets were used not cleaned, room had cigarettes and ash. Another room bed was used by someone and not cleaned The rooms had intense chemical (bed bugs) smell, I had checked in 6 hours late then I had wait for another 2 hours to fix the room. I found bed bugs and overall I am disappointed l, the property is not maintained (inside) to get 3star ratings

Food was good had parking space room should be maintained better specially the washroom

This property is a decent place to stay with family, room size is large enough. Good amount of parking space. A decent restaurant within the property. This is not a resort type property, but a good one in valparai main area itself.

It was an average stay, don't expect much. The staffs and restaurant is good. Bedsheets, towel, sofa seats are smells very bad like not washed since bought. Suits for one day stay.

The standard room is good but the restroom is not that great, they need to replace the bucket, toilet flush and many things. Since it's located at the heart of the city and easy accessibility to other places, and with a limited parking, can prefer the stay here. Hotel is accompanied with a restaurant at the ground floor along with Bar. Very often the entire building is smelled with cigarette, so families do not prefer much.

I had booked two deluxe rooms in the hotel. The location is in the middle of the city and easy to find. Parking was less spacious and congested. Food is reliable. Staff are very cooperative. The rooms and washrooms were just average.

Smelling rooms. Locatred in city centre. Plus point is they have good restaurant in the premises.

We had a terrible experience at green hill hotel. When we are there for the check -in, the hotel staff informed that they haven’t received any confirmation from make my trip and denied our stay. But when we check in their register, all the stay details were mentioned over there and we even showed them the email confirmation and messages from make my trip. He finally allowed us to stay after 20 minutes of argument as he got no valid reason to deny our stay.

Totally waste not good don't go this hotel

Value for money. Rooms are clean and hygienic and worth staying.

Good hotel to stay..

Good customer service but hotel premises very unclean. The rooms are okay. But the stairs and outside hallways etc appears to not have been cleaned for years

Very best place to stay in valparai, good view they have, all facilities are near by, so easy way to move, all shops are near by, they good restaurant also.

Valparai is too cold during the stay and no hot water facility. They said it is available from 5 am to 10 am but no hot water. Family with kids would face difficulty without hot water especially in hill stations stay. Hotel to revisit their amenities and this is basic and bare minimum expectation.
