I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Sri Nandha's, which I booked through your platform. The hotel was far below acceptable standards, and I am shocked that it is listed on MMT.
The room was unclean and had a persistent foul odor, making it unfit for family stays. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a sleepless night. Additionally, there was no water supply, no Wi-Fi, no parking area, and no restaurant available—basic amenities that were promised but entirely absent.
Given the complete lack of facilities and the poor experience, I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your listing to prevent other travelers from facing similar distress. This stay was truly awful, and I hope to never encounter such a nightmare again.
