Room is small. No on-site food. Staff are supportive.

no response no basic amenities insects were crawling on the bed and we had insect bites. mosquitoes were around. towels water and soaps were provided after asking. no electric kettle. no hotels nearby. hot water for bath not available even though geyser were available in the bathroom. totally waste of money. very bad experience

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Sri Nandha's, which I booked through your platform. The hotel was far below acceptable standards, and I am shocked that it is listed on MMT. The room was unclean and had a persistent foul odor, making it unfit for family stays. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a sleepless night. Additionally, there was no water supply, no Wi-Fi, no parking area, and no restaurant available—basic amenities that were promised but entirely absent. Given the complete lack of facilities and the poor experience, I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your listing to prevent other travelers from facing similar distress. This stay was truly awful, and I hope to never encounter such a nightmare again. I trust you will take immediate action to address this issue. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter. .

Good and safe place to stay. Accommodation is excellent. Located in main town. Service by hotel team is truly exceptional. Rooms are very neat and clean. From balcony we have enjoyed the nature beauty. Thankyou so much.

A large family of 12 checked in recently. two family suites were provided. It essentially had 3 bedrooms and 5 cots in each suite. Value for money for a large family and very economical stay. However, unfortunately, Restaurant was not available. So no in house dining or room service or any thing. Had to walk to the nearby Sabhari residency to have food, which BTW was decent. other than non availability of food, stay was pleasant. limited car parking space is another issue.

The people were nice. Located within the town. However there are these shortcomings - the room is way too small for a family of four. the double bed is cramped (especially with me being a tall person). Also they don't have a restaurant. Any restaurant is a bit of a hilly walk. All in all, it didn't feel like value for money

The room was cleaned and the staff was really helpful but the room smell was not tolerable and the bed sheet provided also had a bad odour. It was really not tolerable and heater was not working and disturbance in cockroach also happened. We didn't get a good sleep on that day. We thought it was comfortable by giving 4 reviews in that hotel page but it is not true. So i kindly request you to please maintain room clean with good odour. At last it was a terrible stay

the hotel responsible is polite and friendly. gave the needed things on request. room cleanliness can be improved little more. more open space outside the room was helpful. parking was available. overall nice experience 👏🏼👏🏼

The room was maintained very well. Out of two bathrooms only one has a heater. Room service boys were helped very well. It is located at peak height. From the hotel the view point was excellent. Totally awesome experience. I recommend the family suite rooms for those families having 8 members.

Parking not available. No food facilities provided even we are willing to pay additional amount for the same service. Due to rain. Other cold conditions we have to move to get a coffee in the morning.

Stayed in the family suite room excellent well maintained clean rooms. Very close to town center and easily accessible with car parking spaces available. Mr jayaraman the residency’s owner is very friendly and always ready to help and a hotel in 2 nd floor we get a homemade food was provided at reasonable rates.
