Wins Cottage ,Valparai

Our stay at Wins Cottage was truly delightful, with its comfortable rooms and a prime location that made exploring Valparai effortless, complemented by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made our entire visit a truly pleasant experience.

property is center of the city but area is not good,no food is available no car parking , servents no co operative

The hotel is conveniently located near the valparai bus stand, making it easy to access nearby sightseeing spots. The room provided was adequate, though cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the bathroom, which lacked proper maintenance. Additionally, there was no wi-fi and no designated parking area. However, the hotel caretaker was polite and helpful.

Generous of them that they have allotted me a bigger room than i have expected. The caretaker guy was very helpful in checking me in. The room was neat and clean.

rooms are average and no other facilities provided by the wins cottage team. also the lodge is located at the heart of the city makes some bad smell when come out from room. vehicle parking facility is very very bad, we got scolding from nearby cottages, when we put our vehicle in the road side. bed is not that much cozy and bed sheets need more cleaning… we can see mouse is eating the waste when comes down, that the first seen in the morning which makes our day miserable…

No drinking water provided no soap in bath room blankets are bad smell room and bathroom neet and clean that's it but rest nothing provide

Average stay. Not worth for the price i have paid. No car parking. No ventilation in room. And there is window but if it is opened, there will be mosquito. Care taker was good and room and toilet was neat.

I decent stay at city centre for family stay. Room attendent was nice and attentive for any request of service. Access to shops, hotels is accessible. Its a k stay for families.
