Dear Rajashekaran Mani Sir, First of all let me thank you for choosing iPalace during your visit to Chikkamagalur last weekend. I never expected such a review from you! As I personally spoke to you on 16th Saturday during your late check-out at 1PM, we were calling you since 11AM as we had back to back booking and all rooms were sold out, but you were not reachable and sometimes, you didn't even answer our calls. I had connected with Gommt Development Manager Mr. Pavan, based on his suggestion we left you sms and later we vacated your things while making a video as proof that everything is taken care without any mischief. I also, informed you that if it was a day where we didn't have a full booking, we could have held it for sometime and at 12 the next occupying guest came and he was fuming on us as the room was not ready, we had to convince him. For everything you nodded and said you understand at 12:45 PM when you came back from the sightseeing place, we even allowed you and your family to freshen up, now you are blaming us. It's like chor ulta kothwal ko dante 🤦♂️ iPalace family has done the best. Don't ever do this with other hotels 🙇 Regards, Jagadeesha Owner iPalace

The experience was fabulous experience for the price paid,easy check in and check out room was clean, staff were nice,had a nice view from the hotel Beds were comfortable with other facilities like wifi samrt tv,overall it was a best experience

Room was good but there was some issue in the room door.... everytime if opposite room people opens the door sound was coming as the door was not fit to the lock...also room service was not there though we had stayed for 2 days...

The location was not that great. The approach road was muddy and the building seems to be constructed on the field. The room felt spacious and clean at first glance. But once we stayed over we noticed the room was actually dusty. As i am allergic, i felt heavy sneezing and my asthma flares increased. Waste bin not there in the washroom. No exhaust fan in the toilet. No proper parking space. The caretaker was not there while we were checking out and he asked us to hand over the key to the room boy. It's an Ok stay.. not sure worth Rs 3000 / night

it's ok property no Veg food available
no Veg food available even tea and coffee is not present in the menu we found a cockroach inside the bathroom everyday

You should have checked on availability of the restaurant facility before booking. Moreover you could have ordered whatever from whichever restaurant you want via Zomato or Swiggy. We try to keep as much hygiene as possible, due to peak summer you might have found a cockroach and extremely regret for the same and we will work on it. Let me explain, on continuing of stay cleaning Will be done on request as we don't want to disturb guests privacy and any things left behind when guests are outside for sightseeing. I just wonder why power backup was not available, I kindly request guests to call me or whatsapp if there is any issue with the staff. Regarding food, please note we don't have an in-house restaurant, hence we don't even take bookings with breakfast.
