Hotel Malnad Paradise

Worst management, unhygienic rooms, ruthless people. They were not providing even hot water for 3 years old kid on request also. As it is a monsoon season we requested for hot water for our baby and they did not even bother to provide them, they were rude that only mornings they will be providing. Foul ame in rooms, Mats were not provided, sheets were torn. The hotel was under renovation since many days and the room given for us is just inside under construction. We couldn't even able sleep as there was continuous sounds. And the worst part of all is we spent

For three people, they allotted a stinking double bedroom. They didn’t even provide a blanket and towels for the third person. Since we were busy with our plans, we expected everything to be available in the room without needing to ask for basics like towels, soap, etc. One thing we noticed is that they prioritize guests who book on the spot, showing them the room first before confirming.

Rooms were average with below average facilities.

The staff was terrible. We booked for 24 hrs and forced us to leave within 10 hrs

Ok to stay. Still more cleanliness required for the washroom and response need to improve and parking is not spacious if more rooms are filled, that only 6 to 8 cars can park.

Worst hotel, no hot water on evening time, bath rooms are smelling, dirty blankets are provided, rooms are not cleaned properly, completely dust.

Location is easily accessible. Facilities are not worth the money

Good stay with minimal budget. Their rooms had the basic necessities ?. They even provided hot water although it was only available during morning hours. Overall a good experience and would surely come here next time ..

Hotel locality is good. Rooms are clean. For the money wt we paid, they could have provided filter water for drinking which was not there. And do check expiry dates of mineral water, not only in this hotel but in whole of Chikmagalur.

The hotel did not received properly. They didn't know that I had already been booked. When I said my name, he simply said there wasn't any reservation under your name ... No towel no Bath shop no checkout invoice

Perfect hotel for budget stay. Accommodation is good. Staff is friendly. Adjustable stay if there is extra requirement of beds. Conveniently located in the city. However, the hotel is not clean. We found a rat in the washroom and staff just shooed it off with a single worry in the world.

Rooms were not cleaned properly, the only good thing about this hotel is that it's in the heart of chikmangalur. Don't go by the pic in MMT. It's even more worse. There are better hotels available.

Room was too small for 3 adults. Not worth the price. Bed wasn't clean. There was a hole in the bedsheet, also the blanket was not clean. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can get a better one at same price. Only good is the location.

Pros : 1. Room is little big and you will get a king sized bed for your stay Cons: 1. Worst behavior of receptionist 2. TV doesn't works 3. Attached Bar, so cigar smell irritates you all the day - be warned if you are not a smoker you will end up getting headache
