Hub of Dissapointment Booked for 2 days in March 25 with spouse and kid. It's very old shady property, not which is shown in the pictures. Extremely dirty and unhygienic. The rooms smelled of urine, door lock broken, anybody could enter your room, hanging celieng fans, dirty broken bathroom with hair on the walls, the furniture and door broken and stinking due to terminates, no security, there are group rowdy looking thugs sitting at the entrance and you will see them roaming between corridors. Raised a complaint with @MakeMyTrip at checkin, asked for pictures and information. Since then no response for more than 3 months even after repeated reminders were send on regular intervals.

The rooms are very congested and the washroom is not so clean. AC is not working. All over the experience is very bad.LED is not installed.

the bathroom exhaust fan is not working . the food taste is not good. at morning till 9 am no staff available, even on reception. i put kees on the reception desk while checking out. over not a good experience 😣

Nice and comfortable hotel stay, near to lakshman jhulaa, comfortable check in and stay. Parking facility available. Staff behaviour very good.
