I would like to share my experience staying at Relax Hotel.
- Despite the room being available before our check-in time, the hotel deliberately delayed the check-in process. We were informed to wait for an hour, but the room was still uncleaned. It took another 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned.
- The linens were not cleaned thoroughly, and there were visible strain marks. We requested a change of linens, but they were not provided.
- The washroom was unpleasant and had an unpleasant odor.
- Hot water was not available, and the geyser was not functioning.
- There was a power outage for 30 minutes, and the staff were unable to provide any assistance.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
